Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a hands-on Finance Insights Sr. Analyst at its Barcelona headquarters. You will own financial reporting and automate data pipelines to drive faster, accurate decision-making across GMV and unit economics.

You will partner with Fintech Data and BI engineers to design and test data models, optimize SQL queries, and build Looker dashboards, enabling efficient month-end close and cross-country consistency.

Competenze

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Finance, BI, or Analytics within high-growth tech or marketplace environments.
• Advanced SQL skills (joins, window functions, optimization) and experience with BI platforms (Looker/Tableau/PowerBI).
• Solid understanding of P&L mechanics and unit economics, and month-end closing processes.
• Track record of building automated reports and scheduled data pipelines.
• Experience with workflow automation and AI adoption (Make/Zapier/AI tools).
• Strong collaboration skills to translate between finance and data engineering teams.

• Own the end-to-end execution of Glovo’s internal financial reporting package with zero-defect month-end delivery.
• Maintain and defend logic for metrics like GMV and Contribution Margin across statements, dashboards, and regional reports.
• Collaborate with Fintech Data and BI engineers to design data models and Looker dashboards to reduce lag.
• Build automation using SQL, Python, workflows, and AI tools to remove manual data prep.
• Analyze variances and delve into unit economics to support HQ FP&A and Local Finance decisions.
• Translate business finance needs into technical requirements and roll out schema updates for product features.
