Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, banking, audit or corporate/operational finance with P&L ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Strong financial acumen, modelling, and fluency with accounting statements.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strategic ownership from framing to execution with autonomy.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Based in Barcelona, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reporting and forecasting for Marketplace Experience operations.
• Set analytical agenda and drive cost-driver questions to decisions.
• Design and maintain financial toolkit: models, dashboards, self-serve frameworks.
• Partner with Service Delivery, country ops, BPOs, and HQ FP&A to influence decisions.
• Lead deep-dives on variances, size impact, and drive corrective action.
• Own finance workstream on cost reduction, capacity/investment decisions.
• Mentor junior analysts and raise standards across the team.
