Job summary

Glovo is seeking a hands-on, analytical Finance Insights Sr. Analyst at our Barcelona headquarters.

You will safeguard the accuracy of our core financial reporting, including GMV and Contribution Margin, across all Glovo countries. Beyond recurring reporting, you will drive automation and AI-powered data pipelines, Looker models, and workflow automations to eliminate manual tasks and elevate decision-making.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in Finance, Business Intelligence, or Analytics.
Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI/visualization platforms.
Solid understanding of P&L mechanics, unit economics, and month-end closing.
Track record building automated reports, scheduled data pipelines, or automated validation checks.
Experience with workflow automation and AI adoption (Make, Zapier, RPA).
Strong collaborative communication skills translating between business finance and data engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of Glovo's internal financial reporting package with zero-defect delivery.
Maintain and defend logic for GMV, contribution margin, and unit economics across statements and dashboards.
Partner with Fintech Data and BI engineers to design, test, and troubleshoot data models and Looker dashboards.
Build automation solutions using SQL, Python, workflow tools, and AI to eliminate manual data prep.
Provide clear data cuts to support HQ FP&A and Local Finance decisions.
