We are seeking an experienced financial professional to contribute to the development of financial statutory reports.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the financial statements of investment vehicles.
2. Manage cash flow, optimize working capital, and forecast treasury needs.
3. Participate in audits and maintain direct relationships with auditors.
4. Manage the banking pool through cash pooling, both nationally and internationally.
5. Prepare financial reports and identify opportunities for optimization.
6. Maintain direct relationships with stakeholders.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong technical skills in accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel.
• Personal qualities: proactive, independent, organized, client-oriented, and decisive.
• Significant experience in Treasury and Audits, with an emphasis on M&A.
