3SA Estate Marbella is seeking a Finance & Operations Specialist to join our team in Marbella. The role blends accounting and process automation to build scalable financial workflows and integrate AI-powered solutions.
The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in finance, is fluent in Spanish and English, and comfortable working on-site in Málaga. You will drive automation, APIs, and ERP integrations to optimize cash flow, controls and reporting.
Formación
- Minimum 5–10 years in finance, accounting or financial operations.
- Solid knowledge of Spanish accounting practices and local regulatory needs.
- Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Based in Málaga province and able to work on-site in Marbella.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Admin or related field.
Responsabilidades
- Lead day-to-day accounting activities: bookkeeping, entries, reconciliations.
- Support monthly and year-end closes and financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow and internal controls.
- Design and continuously improve financial and operational processes.
- Identify manual bottlenecks and implement automation solutions.
- Explore APIs, AI tools, integrations, and automation workflows.
- Coordinate with tax, labour advisors, auditors and banks.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards and management reporting.
