T-Systems Iberia busca un Consultor Senior FI/CO que se encargue del soporte y configuración de los módulos SAP FI y CO para los clientes. Esta posición ofrece un entorno de trabajo internacional con un modelo híbrido y oportunidades de formación continua. Se requiere experiencia probada en SAP, habilidades de resolución de problemas, y comunicación efectiva en inglés y preferiblemente alemán. • Más de 5 años de experiencia como Consultor SAP FI/CO.
• Conocimiento fuerte en configuración de SAP FI/CO.
• Experiencia en contacto con clientes y resolución de tickets.

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Senior FI / CO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with strong experience in customer interaction and issue resolution.
• Responsibilities :
• Provide ongoing support and resolve SAP FI / CO issues
• Implement and configure SAP FI / CO modules for clients.
• Advise on financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Perform system testing and support users.
• Resolve tickets related to SAP FI / CO issues, analyzing and providing on-time solutions.
• Act as a point of contact for customers, clarifying issues and delivering effective solutions.
• Work with SLAs to ensure timely and efficient problem resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP FI / CO Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI / CO configuration.
• Experience in ticket-solving , customer contact , and issue analysis.
• Understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Ability to solve complex business problems with SAP solutions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• SAP certification in FI / CO is a plus.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
• Experience working in an international team .
