What You’ll Do

You’re the maestro of Meta ads : you dream in Audiences, speak fluently in ROAS, and geek out over A / B tests. As our Senior FB & IG Ads Manager, you’ll :

• Craft Winning Strategies : Architect knockout Facebook & Instagram campaigns—from deep-dive audience research to crystal-clear objectives
• Launch & Level Up Campaigns : Set up, monitor, and turbocharge campaigns (conversions, traffic, awareness, leads—you name it)
• Crunch the Numbers : Track CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC like a hawk. Spot trends, pivot fast, and turn insights into action
• Experiment Relentlessly : Design A / B tests for creatives, audiences, and landing pages. Keep what works, ditch what doesn’t
• Own the Budget : Stretch every dollar. Maximize ROI without breaking a sweat
• Collaborate on Creatives : Team up with our designers and copywriters to whip up scroll-stopping images, videos, and ad copy
• Stay Ahead of the Curve : Be the first to spot new Meta features, algorithm quirks, and trend waves. Bring fresh ideas to the table
• Be the Client Whisperer : Deliver clear performance updates, strategic tweaks, and “aha!” moments that keep clients raving
• Sync with the Squad : Work hand-in-glove with content, and growth pros to fuel integrated marketing wins

Who You Are

You’re a Meta Ads Veteran with 5+ years crushing Facebook & Instagram campaigns—agency or e-comm background preferred. You’re ROI-Obsessed, living for conversion lifts and ROAS spikes, with case studies to brag about. You’re fluent in Google Analytics and Ads Manager, creatively curious, a stellar communicator, detail-oriented, remote-ready, and a self-starter. Bonus points if you’re Facebook Blueprint certified.
