Quince is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to bridge US creative with UK and European audiences. You will lead testing, adapt winning concepts for UK, DE and FR markets, and partner with US teams to scale impact. The role is onsite 4 days a week in London, Madrid, or Berlin.

You will own the experimentation cadence, guide briefs and creative direction, and collaborate closely with Paid Social leadership, brand, and design teams to drive growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of creative/marketing experience, especially paid social.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to write briefs and copy.

Responsabilidades

• Audit US creative performance to identify UK & DE/FR adaptation opportunities.
• Brief US team on market-specific needs and adjust copy and pricing.
• Commission new concepts for market-specific angles.
• Write clear ad briefs for video, static, and UGC with market context.
• Lead testing framework and document learnings for scale.
• Collaborate with brand, design, and marketing teams across markets.
