A leading company in the insurance technology sector is seeking a Senior ETL Developer to enhance their Data Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing robust ETL processes, ensuring efficient data migration and integration across multiple platforms. This role requires strong SQL skills and proficiency in industry-leading ETL tools, along with a commitment to data quality and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Charles Taylor InsureTech is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior ETL Developer to join our Data Management team. In this role, you will play a key part in the successful delivery of data migration and data integration solutions across core insurance systems. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust ETL processes, ensuring the accurate and efficient movement of large volumes of data from legacy platforms to modern target systems, while also supporting downstream data consumption for reporting and analytics.
The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience with ETL tools, strong SQL and scripting skills, and a passion for clean, reliable, and high-quality data. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Data Architects, and Technical Leads to translate complex business and data requirements into scalable, high-performance ETL solutions.
