Job summary

Steer is a global consultancy delivering ESG due diligence and advisory services across infrastructure, mobility, and energy sectors. The Senior/Principal Consultant - ESG Due Diligence plays a key role in performing ESG analyses, risk assessments, and client-facing deliverables under the ESG-DD Lead.

The role involves data room review, risk identification, reporting, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support investors and lenders.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of ESG due diligence or transaction advisory experience.
• Experience in infrastructure, transport, energy or real assets sectors.
• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, EU Taxonomy).

Responsibilities

• Deliver ESG due diligence assignments (buy-side/sell-side) and contribute to reports.
• Support investor, lender and advisory workstreams with ESG findings.
• Lead workstreams under the ESG-DD Lead and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
