Job summary

Sigma Earth is seeking an ESG Supervisor to lead and shape sustainability strategies for public and private sector clients. You will guide tender and contract ESG requirements, interpret CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, SFDR, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver ESG consulting and reporting services.

You will oversee Double Materiality analyses, carbon footprint calculations under ISO 14064-1:2018, and drive capacity-building programs for clients and internal staff, ensuring high-quality data

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop ESG and Sustainability strategies for public and private sector clients.
• Interpret CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, SFDR and related ESG requirements in contracts and tenders.
• Design, oversee, and deliver ESG consulting and reporting services.
• Plan and supervise Sustainability and non-financial reporting under CSRD/ESRS, GRI, TCFD.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and engage stakeholders across functions.
• Act as the primary client contact for ESG matters and ensure data quality.
