Next Ventures Ltd is seeking a Senior ERP Project Manager for their global Finance Cloud ERP transformation initiative. This position requires extensive experience in ERP project management, particularly in cloud migration. As a key part of the program team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional efforts, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful execution of project plans. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a proven track record in ERP lifecycle phases and possess strong communication and leadership skills.

Next Venturesare seeking a dynamic and experienced individual, as Senior ERP Project Manager to support Phase 0 of our global Finance Cloud ERP transformation. This key programme is a foundational enabler of our digital transformation, innovation and growth.

Embedded as a core member of the Program team and reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer, this is a highly operational and execution-focused role. Acting as right hand to the Chief Transformation Officer's, the candidate will need to demonstrate a blend of strategic insight and hands-on delivery expertise.

The Senior PM will be expected to constantly synchronize with the team, lead, and drive multi-stakeholder decisions, and ensure that project planning, stakeholder management, and execution are delivered with pace, structure, and alignment.

Required Profile, Experience and Expertise

• 10+ years of ERP program and project management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership & strategic thinking of Phase 0 or blueprint stages of ERP transformation (ideally from on-premise to cloud migrations).
• Hands-on delivery expertise with Tier-1 cloud ERPs (SAP S / 4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Workday).
• Strong grasp of finance processes : Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), FP&A.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in large, complex, matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Quality of decision-making materials produced (clarity, completeness, timeliness).

ERP Delivery Experience

• Successfully delivered at least one full ERP migration (eg Oracle to SAP, or on-prem to cloud) end to end
• Familiar with multi-country rollouts and localisation challenges
• Deep understanding of the ERP life cycle : Plan, Design, Build,Test, Deploy, Stabilise
• Hands-on experience with ERP cutover activities
• Strong grasp of RICEF components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) and how to structure delivery of these elements

Data Migration Expertise

• Led end-to-end data migration between ERP systems
• Able to coordinate mapping, cleansing, migration, and reconciliation
• Experience managing test cycles (SIT, UAT) and data loads
• Experience of aligning master data, chart of accounts, and reporting structures
