Ardora III‑V is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our III‑V foundry team in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You will drive epitaxy process performance across GaN, InP and GaAs, developing and transferring recipes, and leading DOE experiments to improve yield and reliability.

You will partner with technology, device engineering, metrology and production to align specifications with customer needs, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Formación

• 5+ years experience as a process engineer in epitaxy.
• Experience supporting GaN, InP and GaAs development.
• Run structured experiments and apply root-cause analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and data records.
• Ability to work independently under deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive epitaxy process performance.
• Develop, qualify and transfer process recipes for GaN/InP/GaAs.
• Perform root-cause analysis of excursions and defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align specs.
• Define and execute DOE experiments.
• Interpret results and translate into process improvements.
• Maintain records of experiments and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and productivity.
• Undertake other duties relevant to the position.
