INBRAIN Neuroelectronics is seeking a Process Engineer to transfer prototype designs into repeatable manufacturing. You will develop and scale wafer-level processes, perform cleanroom activities, and troubleshoot issues across materials and equipment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable NPI and scale-up while maintaining documentation and quality control. Office-based role in Bellaterra and Barcelona, expanding to Barcelona city from 2027, with English as the company

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Hands-on semiconductor manufacturing and microfabrication experience.
• Fluency in English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with multiple semiconductor processes and data-driven problem solving.
• Experience transferring development to production and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Transfer prototype designs to controlled manufacturing with yield focus.
• Develop and scale wafer-level processes: lithography, deposition, etching, lift-off, bonding.
• Perform cleanroom work: wafer processing, sample prep and data collection.
• Troubleshoot materials, equipment, contamination and process integration issues.
• Plan DOE and experiments to define process windows and reduce variability.
• Support equipment selection, qualification and tool acceptance.
• Coordinate with foundries, suppliers and labs.
• Maintain process docs, reports and manufacturing records.
