Ardora III-V is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our III-V foundry team in Vigo. You will drive epitaxy process performance, develop and transfer recipes for GaN, InP and GaAs, and perform structured DOE studies to enable robust, high-yield manufacturing.

You will collaborate with technology, device engineering, metrology and production to ensure processes meet customer and internal requirements, while maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years as a process engineer in epitaxy.
• Experience supporting GaN, InP and GaAs development or manufacturing.
• Strong capability in structured experiments and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present technical results to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own epitaxy process performance from development to transfer and sustained yield.
• Develop, qualify and transfer recipes for GaN, InP and GaAs epitaxial layers.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of process excursions and defects; implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with technology, device engineering, metrology and production to align specs with requirements.
• Define and execute DOE plans; translate results into process improvements.
• Maintain meticulous records of experiments, process history and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve control strategies.
• Undertake other duties relevant to the position.
