Formación

• 4+ years of experience in environmental consulting or corporate sustainability.
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (minimum C1).

What you’ll do :

• Conduct carbon footprint assessments (organizational and product-level) and define decarbonization roadmaps.
• Perform Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) to measure environmental impacts across value chains.
• Identify and assess climate-related risks and opportunities using frameworks like TCFD.
• Apply the TNFD framework to evaluate how client operations interact with ecosystems and natural capital, including geospatial and ecosystem mapping.
• Translate data and environmental impacts into actionable strategies for clients and key stakeholders.
• Present findings and recommendations directly to clients in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
• Support and mentor junior consultants, ensuring quality and continuous learning within the team.
• Stay up to date on environmental regulations, international frameworks, and sustainability trends.

What we’re looking for :

• 4+ years of experience in environmental consulting or corporate sustainability.
• Academic background in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Biology, Geography, or a related field.
• Strong technical expertise in carbon accounting, LCA, climate risk analysis, and biodiversity.
• Familiarity with key standards and frameworks such as GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, TCFD, TNFD.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Sharp analytical and strategic thinking, with a science-driven approach to impact.
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (minimum C1).
