Jobgether is seeking a Senior Consulting Engineer in Spain to lead enterprise projects, deliver architecture guidance, and provide hands-on support for distributed databases and cloud environments. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams while mentoring peers.

You will split time between project engineering and consultative customer success, with travel up to 35% regionally and a strong focus on scalable, high-availability architectures.

Formación

• 5+ years in professional services or similar technical roles.
• 5+ years in implementing or supporting distributed DBMS.
• Broad tech breadth across DBMS, OLAP, cloud and clusters.
• Proven experience leading large scale projects with multiple engineers.
• Strong cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with enterprise customers and architectural guidance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Global, on-call capable, with scheduling flexibility.
• Familiar with open-source tech and data-pipeline tools.
• Hands-on with ClickHouse or similar OLAP/DBaaS is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise projects covering architecture and design for complex environments.
• Perform research, benchmarking, testing, and architectural assessments.
• Provide consultative support through implementation and onboarding.
• Deliver hands-on architectural and development assistance for migrations.
• Support technical cases across levels L1-L3 as needed.
• Collaborate with PM, Eng, Sales, and Support for roadmaps and strategies.
• Create and maintain technical resources, docs, and benchmarks.
• Develop scalable solutions and best practices for distributed DB environments.
• Mentor teammates and support hiring and onboarding processes.
• Participate in on-call coverage for 24/7 global service.
• Travel regionally up to ~35% for engagements.
