• Significant experience leading engineering teams in a product-focused tech org.
• Proven track record delivering complex products, platforms, or systems in fast-moving environments.
• Strong technical judgment and ability to contribute to both engineering and product discussions.
• Able to lead through ambiguity and turn problems into actionable plans.
• Experience partnering with Product and Design to shape solutions and priorities.
• Excellent communication across all levels and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop an engineering team with clear direction, coaching and growth.
• Partner with Product and Design from discovery to shape solutions and align with business needs.
• Own delivery from problem definition to execution with clear priorities and dependencies.
• Establish predictable execution with planning, expectations, visibility and risk management.
• Provide technical leadership across complex products and systems and stay close to the work.
• Maintain high standards for quality, scalability, reliability and testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering practices and collaboration.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools and LLM-based coding to improve development and quality.
• Contribute strategic engineering leadership to broader org initiatives.
