At DIMÁTICA, a company recognized as a Microsoft PARTNER, we specialize in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions in multiplatform environments.

Are you passionate about software architecture and eager to lead technological evolution in an international organization? We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to design, optimize, and align technological strategies with business objectives in a sector with great digitalization potential.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with global teams, define technology standards, and take part in key decision-making processes that will shape the evolution of the company's software products.

What will you do?

• Define and govern technology standards across the organization.
• Ensure alignment between IT strategy and business objectives.
• Collaborate with international teams to advise and recommend technological directions.
• Lead the evolution and migration of software products in complex environments.
• Design hiring and training plans for the technical team.
• Drive best practices in data architecture, service design, and UI.
• Analyze and improve the efficiency and quality of the product portfolio.

What do we need?

• At least 5 years of experience in defining and standardizing IT architectures in complex environments.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software / Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in SQL and experience in relational database design.
• Solid knowledge of software design patterns and enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar.
• Experience in developing and maintaining software in real production environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to build consensus in collaborative environments.
• Ability to anticipate problems and lead their resolution with a pragmatic approach.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Valuable Skills

• Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and agile methodologies.
• Spanish (desirable but not mandatory).
