DKB Code Factory GmbH in Valencia seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to build and scale a high-performing engineering organization for the Property Management Platform. This role leads a manager-of-managers and shapes structure, while driving hiring and talent development across the Valencia site.

You will own the engineering operating system, enforce standards for code review, CI/CD, testing, observability, and incident handling, and oversee multi-team delivery from discovery to production

Formación

• Proven experience as a manager of managers, leading multiple Engineering Managers.
• Track record in multi-team product engineering leadership beyond project management.
• Examples of hiring, performance management, calibration, promotions.
• Credible depth in engineering decisions, architecture trade-offs.
• Hands-on with CI/CD, automated testing, observability, incident response.
• Experience in regulated environments (security/compliance/audit readiness).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; can coach managers.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a manager-of-managers layer at the Valencia site.
• Own the engineering operating system: standards for CI/CD, testing, and observability.
• Drive multi-team delivery from discovery through production hardening.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, Architecture, and Compliance.
• Represent Valencia engineering in site-building and talent planning.
• Ensure runtime service reliability and security for mobile and backend systems.
