DKB Code Factory GmbH in Valencia is seeking an experienced engineering manager to lead and scale a high-performing software team in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will shape engineering practices, drive delivery, and mentor engineers, ensuring production-ready solutions.

You will review designs, set standards for testing, and partner with Product Owners, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions while supporting engineers' growth and development.

Formación

• Proven experience as an engineering manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong technical background to review designs and challenge technical options.
• Deep understanding of software delivery processes, testing strategies, and production readiness.
• Demonstrated success in people management, coaching, and building high-performing teams.
• Excellent decision-making and prioritization skills in complex delivery environments.
• Experience with Java, Spring, RestAPI, AWS (Kafka, Postgres), GrafanaCloud, and cloud-native development.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and SaaS-first approaches.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a growth mindset.
