Job summary

Click&Boat is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead two squads in a hybrid Barcelona-based role. You will own feature delivery, work with product managers and designers, and mentor engineers to raise performance and impact.

A passion for boating and the ability to communicate across stakeholders are essential. You will help shape the tech strategy, ensure KPI-driven delivery, and collaborate with teams expanding into the US market, while enjoying a strong culture and growth

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience managing a technical team.
• Experience coaching and providing regular feedback to direct reports.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across the company.
• Strong, clear communication with teammates.

• Manage two squads and own delivery of features.
