Formación

• 5+ años en el sector de turbinas eólicas, específicamente en sistemas de pitch y yaw.
• Conocimientos sobre sistemas de pitch y yaw: rodamientos, engranajes, lubricación.

Responsabilidades

• Soporte a la evaluación de la flota para componentes de pitch y yaw.
• Desarrollo de mejoras para la fiabilidad de los sistemas de pitch y yaw.

Job Description:

YOUR TASKS:

1. Support Nordex service in fleet assessments for pitch & yaw components
2. Analysis of the operation performance of the pitch & yaw systems
3. Investigation, development and implementation of potential improvements for the reliability of the pitch & yaw systems in coordination with System Leads and Component Responsible
4. Development of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) in coordination with other Engineering Departments and Service Department
5. Techno-commercial evaluation of improvement measures
6. Managing technical projects related to reliability, quality or costs
7. Support to DFMEA development and of quality assurance

YOUR PROFILE:

1. Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable university degree
2. 5+ years in the wind turbine sector, specifically with pitch and yaw systems
3. Knowledge and experience about pitch and yaw systems: bearing, gears, lubrication
4. Knowledge in quality assurance methodologies preferred
5. Comfortable to work in multi-national, multi-cultural teams
6. Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
7. Ability to manage projects and to work as a team with good analytical skills and the flexibility and dynamism in the execution of tasks
8. Fluent English, ideally skills in German and/or Spanish
