Qualifications

• 7+ years’ contract management experience within major capital programs.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and monitor budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual matters across large energy projects.
• Develop tender strategies and monitor supply chain risks to critical path.
• Support PQQs, tender docs, evaluation criteria and scopes of work.
• Lead contract variations, claims negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Ensure contract compliance and maintain records for forecasts and reporting.
• Communicate contract status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and partners.
