From Marlex Human Capital, we are cooperating with an important international engineering company focused on electronics & software research and development, committed to developing complex and strategic devices for key players in the automotive market. Their current need is to find a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join the SW Barcelona team.

What will be your mission in the company?

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

1. Participating in system architecture definition during early project phases of research projects with non-fixed requirements at the start.
2. Understanding system requirements and architecture to develop appropriate software designs.
3. Developing software to ensure technical and functional feasibility, supporting project teams.
4. Researching, designing, and coding new software programs, as well as maintaining existing ones.
5. Creating technical manuals, operational documentation, and software design delivery documents.
6. Ensuring timely delivery of development prototypes according to project plans with clients.
7. Providing technical support within your area of expertise to team members.
8. Researching new technologies, trends, and ideas relevant to your field, and attending conferences or seminars.
9. Participating in demonstrations of team capabilities to management and clients, including prototype setup creation.
10. Reporting progress and identifying potential blockers regularly.
