Stark Future SL in Barcelona seeks a strategic Senior Sourcing professional to lead electronics components procurement for premium motorcycles. You will build global supplier relationships, manage RFIs/RFPs, and optimize total cost of ownership while ensuring design-for-availability. Fluent English is required; Spanish is highly desirable.

This is an on-site role based in Sant Boi, near Barcelona. Join a fast-growing team driving innovation in sustainable performance and design.

Formación

Minimum of 5 years in senior sourcing for electronics components and assemblies.
Electronics engineering background or technical degree with electronics experience.
Deep knowledge of major semiconductor players and distribution networks.
Ability to read schematics/BOMs to spot supplier diversification opportunities.
Strong negotiation skills and understanding of NRE costs and rebates.

Responsabilidades

Strategic sourcing across EMS, manufacturers and distributors to secure partnerships.
Monitor semiconductor trends and market shifts to mitigate risk.
Review designs to identify new manufacturers or cost-saving components.
Manage RFIs, RFPs and master purchase agreements to protect agility.
Support design-for-availability with engineering during development.
