Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of senior sourcing experience in EMS, PCBA, or high-tech electronics sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of global mechanical supplier landscape for precision components.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and select world-class EMS providers and manufacturers.
• Build and motivate strategic partners for high-tech requirements.
• Manage RFI's, RFP's, and RFQ's ensuring agreements are in place.
• Drive price negotiations and continual cost reduction activities.
• Monitor global semiconductor market conditions.
