HENSOLDT is seeking a Senior Electronic Engineer to design, develop, and industrialise advanced electronic products within the Optronics portfolio. You will act as the design authority for complex subsystems, taking accountability across the full product life cycle from concept to production support.

You will perform system analyses, simulations, prototyping, verification, and industrialisation while coordinating with system, mechanical, and manufacturing teams in a regulated, high-reliability

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electronic hardware development.
• Experience as design authority for subsystems or critical areas.
• Exposure to full product life cycle engineering and production support.

Responsabilidades

• Define scope, deliverables, schedules, and technical outputs with project leadership.
• Take full responsibility for execution of engineering work packages and risks.
• Drive designs through PDR/CDR and produce manufacturing data packs.
• Collaborate with industrial and manufacturing teams for producibility and testability.
• Perform analysis, simulation, verification, and design validation.
• Mentor peers, perform reviews, and ensure design integrity across life cycle.
