AECOM Spain Building Services Engineering Team is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Madrid to lead design activities for international projects. The candidate will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver robust electrical solutions for buildings and infrastructure.

Ideal applicants have 5–10 years in electrical design, strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, and experience with North American codes (NFPA/NEC).

Formación

Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
5–10 years of relevant experience in electrical design consultancy, engineering, or construction projects
Experience designing MV/LV electrical installations for buildings and infrastructure
Experience with North American codes and NFPA/NEC is highly valued, IEC/BS familiarity is a plus

Responsabilidades

Lead design and delivery of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, emergency power)
Prepare and review calculations, reports, specs, and construction docs
Develop electrical designs for varied international projects
Coordinate electrical designs with architecture, structure, mech, tech and other disciplines
Mentor and support junior engineers and promote technical excellence
Participate in design reviews, QA processes, and client meetings
