Job summary

Airnord APC in Madrid is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support engineering, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of Electrostatic Precipitators and high-voltage systems. You will work across design, testing, site commissioning, and customer support, combining office duties with international field assignments.

The role requires a degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering, experience with industrial electrical systems, and fluent English.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience with industrial electrical systems and power distribution.
High-voltage systems experience is highly valued.
Experience with automation, instrumentation, and control systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, review, and support electrical systems for ESP installations and upgrades.
Prepare electrical engineering documentation including schematics, specifications, calculations, cable lists, and reports.
Support commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and optimization activities at customer sites worldwide.
Participate in FAT, SAT, inspections, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during project execution.
Provide technical support to sales, project management, procurement, and aftermarket departments.
Interface with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and site personnel on electrical matters.
Ensure compliance with international electrical standards and safety regulations.
