Synergy Construction is seeking a full-time, seasoned Coordinador Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) for construction projects in Spain. The role requires a university and master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, 2+ years of relevant experience, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Madrid-based or open to relocation, with responsibilities spanning site safety, HSE documentation, and project-HQ coordination.

Formación

• University degree and Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferred in Construction sector).
• Knowledge of current regulations.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Located in Madrid or open to relocation.

Responsabilidades

• Implementing and monitoring preventive measures on construction sites in accordance with current legal requirements and corporate regulations.
• Reviewing and approving health and safety plans for all of the construction sites in Spain.
• Monitoring compliance with safety plans and preparing related reports and assessments.
• Supporting the HSE Managers in work planning, document control and daily operations.
• Collaborating in the management of HSE documentation, and monitoring HSE management system implementation at Site level.
• Coordination and alignment between Project Team and HQ
