Nextpower Inc is seeking a Lead eBOS Engineer to guide electrical system design for utility-scale solar projects. You will lead cross-functional efforts, optimize AC/DC layouts, and ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements. Responsibilities include producing technical documentation and mentoring junior engineers.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on eBOS experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects with customers and EPCs across Spain.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electromechanical field or equivalent.
• 5+ years in electrical engineering, eBOS design, and utility-scale solar projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and standard engineering documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design of eBOS systems for utility-scale PV projects.
• Develop AC/DC distribution layouts, trunk bus, harnesses, and disconnects.
• Oversee design reviews ensuring codes and customer specs are met.
• Produce BOMs, installation drawings, specs and test docs.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Support sales with technical presentations and proposals.
