The Global Central Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team is seeking a talented and driven equipment Early Lifecycle Manager (ELM) to work closely with the development and deployment of new automation. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical acumen with leadership abilities to drive the successful deployment of new technologies across EU and NA sites. The Sr. NTI Manager must demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills, serving as the primary interface between RME, technology owners, and external stakeholders. They will need to make data-driven decisions and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
The responsibility extends beyond traditional program management - the selected candidate will lead a team of technical professionals and drive innovation in maintenance strategies. They will oversee the development and implementation of RME standards for new technologies across multiple programs, while developing standardized processes for technology deployment and handover to operations.
