Exeevo is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join our team. You will act as the go-to expert for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, delivering in-depth support for CRM entities, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and security.

You will own customer issues, ensure timely resolutions within SLAs, and work closely with engineering and product teams to deepen product understanding. A strong customer-service mindset and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; CRM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to expert for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
• Provide in-depth support for CRM entities, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and security.
• Own and escalate complex issues with customers, meeting defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with engineering and product delivery teams on product functionality.
