Fagron is seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O support specialist to partner with over 40 entities across EMEA, ensuring a high-quality support experience for internal users. You will help optimize the D365 F&O landscape and drive continuous improvements while collaborating with ERP experts in a dynamic international environment.

The role emphasizes issue resolution, testing and deployment of updates, and maintaining performance across the platform.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, BIS, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a Functional Dynamics 365 F&O / Finance & Supply Chain Management support role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience troubleshooting ERP system issues and supporting business users.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a global team.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve ERP-related incidents and system issues.
• Maintain stability, performance, and functionality of the D365 F&O platform.
• Manage and coordinate system changes, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of new functionalities and updates.
• Ensure excellent customer service and user satisfaction in line with the company mindset.
