Job summary

ING Hubs Spain is seeking a Senior Dynamic Offensive Testing Specialist to join the CTM team. You will coordinate and execute advanced offensive tests across on-prem, cloud and hybrid environments, translating attacker techniques into focused test scenarios.

We value 5+ years in offensive security, scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, C#, Go), and strong communication. English fluency is required; knowledge of threat intelligence and vulnerability management is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on offensive security and testing experience.
• Ability to translate threat intel into focused test scenarios.
• Experience across on-prem, cloud and hybrid environments; strong scripting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rapid assessment from intelligence through scoping, approvals, execution and reporting.
• Prioritize testing requests based on threat relevance, impact, exposure and urgency.
• Translate attacker techniques and vulnerabilities into focused test cases.
• Execute hands-on offensive tests across on-premises, cloud, application, identity, endpoint and hybrid environments.
• Develop reusable test procedures, scripts and lab infrastructure to speed up assessments.
• Produce concise reports with threat, scope, evidence, limitations and actions.
