Job summary

ING Hubs Spain seeks a Senior Dynamic Offensive Testing Specialist to join a specialised Cyber Threat Management team. You will coordinate and execute dynamic offensive testing, translating attacker techniques and campaigns into focused tests across on‑prem, cloud, applications, identity and hybrid environments.

You will produce concise reports with findings and risk reduction actions. You will collaborate with security operations, incident response, vulnerability management and engineering

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in offensive security, penetration testing, red teaming, security research or related field.
• Strong ability to translate threat intelligence and attacker techniques into focused test scenarios.
• Broad experience testing complex enterprise environments including identity systems, AD, applications, endpoints and major cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the rapid assessment process from intelligence signal through scoping, approvals, execution and reporting.
• Prioritise testing requests based on threat relevance, impact, exposure and urgency with relevant stakeholders.
• Co-create clear hypotheses and realistic test cases with cyber threat intelligence teams.
• Execute hands-on offensive tests across on-premises, cloud, applications, identity, endpoint and hybrid environments.
• Safely reproduce or emulate attack paths to determine exposure and control effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain reusable test procedures, scripts, tooling and lab environments.
