Job summary

IOActive, a security services firm, seeks an Associate Security Consultant to perform application and infrastructure security assessments, including web and mobile testing. You will work with experienced consultants and engage with clients to deliver findings and recommendations.

The role requires 1–3 years in offensive security, knowledge of OWASP Top 10, and familiarity with Burp Suite, ZAP, Nessus. A hybrid in-office arrangement in Madrid is considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with offensive security services including web/mobile/infrastructure testing.
• Familiarity with security testing methodologies and industry tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments for web, mobile apps, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Perform penetration testing activities using standard tools and manual techniques.
• Document findings with actionable remediation steps and client-facing reports.
• Collaborate with clients, developers, and security teams to improve postures.
