We are looking for candidates for a permanent position based in Barcelona, Spain for the role of Sr. Dotnet Engineer.

What does a great Senior Engineer (.NET) do?

In this role, you will work on Productivity Automator, a modern self-service platform enabling customers to configure automation rules that handle repetitive tasks at high volume daily.

As a senior engineer, you will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to understand complex problems and develop innovative solutions. You will be responsible for building and deploying solutions rapidly. Our product is cloud-native and designed for scalability—your role includes optimizing and improving architecture to efficiently manage high volumes.

Your work will significantly impact the Productivity Automator, influencing agents worldwide in the travel industry. If you enjoy teamwork, solving complex problems, and quickly implementing ideas, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include :

• Designing and delivering clean, robust, and well-tested code in an agile, test-driven environment.
• Collaborating with peers to refine ideas and technical solutions to meet customer needs.
• Contributing ideas to evolve architecture and enhance performance.
• Helping the team adopt new processes and technologies, mentoring junior members.
• Providing constructive code reviews and feedback.

Who we are looking for :

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing scalable, performant web applications.
• Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core.
• Passion for writing high-quality, testable, clean code.
• Deep understanding of design patterns, principles, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills.

It would be advantageous if you have :

• Experience with messaging brokers (Azure Service Bus, Kafka, etc.).
• Knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of CI / CD principles and practices.
