Littelfuse Asturias Distribution Center is seeking a Distribution Manager to lead warehousing and logistics operations on site. You will drive OTIF performance, order fulfillment, and cost-efficient shipping across shifts, managing 50-70+ staff with strong SAP expertise.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and United States counterparts, uphold safety standards, and optimize processes using Lean 5S/6S methodologies in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in distribution centers, warehousing, logistics, or shipping operations.
• 2-3 years in a management role.
• Experience leading operations of 50-70+ employees across multiple shifts.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end order fulfillment process (delivery creation, picking, packing, staging, shipping, PGI, ASN).
• Advanced proficiency in SAP with shipment troubleshooting and transaction management.

Responsabilidades

• Drive OTIF shipment performance and complete order fulfillment.
• Monitor and improve order fill rate, backlog, aging analysis, and packing/shipping accuracy.
• Optimize dock utilization, loading cycle times, and transportation costs.
• Manage overtime and carrier scheduling, export controls, and inventory audits.
• Provide strong leadership with floor presence in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure compliance with labeling, ASN, routing guides, and customer requirements.
