JYSK is seeking a Planning & Support Manager to lead the Distribution Center teams (Planning, Administration, WMS) and drive cost-efficient operations. You will own inbound/outbound planning and partner with Transport and Operations to optimize processes.

You will guide store support tasks, IT system enhancements, and local budgeting aligned with global principles. Expect travel and a dynamic, international work culture at our Valencia DC.

Responsabilidades

• Head three DC departments: Planning, Administration, and WMS.
• Oversee inbound and outbound planning across the DC in collaboration with Transport and Operations.
• Lead store support tasks to ensure seamless service across the DC network.
• Oversee 1st level IT support for DC solutions and implement new systems.
• Support matrix and local organization projects and ensure roll-outs at local level.
• Facilitate KPI and reporting with Development and Controlling teams.
• Facilitate local DC budgeting and the yearly Business Plan with global principles.
• Lead by example and embody JYSK values.
• Mobility: approximately 25 travel days per year for meetings and collaboration.
