Senior Director Sales, Hotel Solutions (Remote)

Full-time, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Spain

In this role, you will be responsible for growing BCD Travel’s Hotel Solutions client base. You will lead Stay by BCD Travel sales opportunities, ensuring profitable new and retained corporate travel accounts using effective sales and marketing techniques and coordination of available resources.

As a Senior Director Sales, Hotel Solutions, you will :

  1. Develop targeted global and regional strategic business relationships at the senior level within companies on a long-term basis over an extended sales cycle.
  2. Create plans for the acquisition of existing clients as well as new additional business opportunities.
  3. Identify and maintain a prospect pipeline to meet set goals.
  4. Develop and maintain good relationships with prospective and current client key contacts, continually appraising travel industry trends and BCD Travel / Advito products and services.
  5. Negotiate all Stay Commercial agreements and terms consistent with company approval processes and commercial policy promptly.
  6. Utilize company-provided CRM to document and support all sales activities.

About you :

  • Extensive business travel industry experience.
  • Experience in closing and implementing large market / global clients.
  • Thorough knowledge of business travel management and the supplier landscape.
  • Knowledge of travel industry technology.
  • Computer literate in business software applications, including Salesforce.
  • Effective communication skills, oral, written, and presentation in English; additional German and/or French language skills are a plus.
