Job summary

Lever, Inc. is partnering to fill a Senior Director, PX Business Partner role based in Spain.

The position leads the People Experience strategy for Iberia (Spain and Portugal) and collaborates with executive leadership to align people initiatives with business growth. You will shape an inclusive culture, oversee talent management, compensation, and employee wellbeing, and guide organizational change within a matrixed, international environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in senior People Experience, HR leadership, or business partnering.
• Proven track record advising executive leadership and translating priorities into people strategies.
• Strong business acumen with HR expertise, ideally in creative industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional People Experience strategy for Iberia (Spain & Portugal).
• Partner with senior leadership to advise on organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Drive inclusive culture, employee engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Lead regional compensation processes, benchmarking, and payroll coordination.
