This role is responsible for developing and executing the supply chain strategy in alignment with overall business goals.

• Develop a comprehensive supply chain strategy, incorporating international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Lead a diverse team of professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.
• Oversee procurement, inventory management, production scheduling, logistics, and customer service operations.
• Drive cost optimization, process efficiencies, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate sourcing agreements that meet regulatory standards.

Requirements include :

• Minimum 15 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years leading large, global teams.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade, customs, and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Proven track record in supply chain optimization and digital transformation projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical and project management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, required.
• Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma) preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
