What will you do :
  • Take ownership and leadership in key partnership projects within a fast and growing environment.
  • Leverage partnerships to acquire new users, assist with user retention, and enhance reputation.
  • Identify and establish key partnerships to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Proactively identify key tasks, targets, and business needs.
  • Lead projects from inception to completion, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain quality standards of deliverables and keep detailed records of tasks.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders, external agencies, and internal teams.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, procurements, PR activities, and business discussions.
  • Conduct project reviews using data and market analysis, and prepare presentations.
Who You Are :
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in sales or partnerships roles.
  • You lead by example, embodying Les Amis brand values & demonstrating strong product knowledge to deliver excellent experiences and quality.
  • You are responsible for your personal planning and work organization.
  • You possess strong problem analysis and decision-making skills.
  • You are proactive, hands-on, driven, and eager to grow with the organization.
  • You are fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus.
