Job summary

Gartner in Madrid seeks a Senior Director to lead digital asset platform insights, cross-border payments, tokenization, and regulatory strategy. You will craft must-have insights, develop strategic content, and present at Gartner events and client briefings, while mentoring junior colleagues and collaborating across a global team.

The role emphasizes executive presence, outstanding research and writing, and the ability to translate complex topics into actionable guidance for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
• 3+ years of payments, fintech, enterprise technology, or advisory roles with exposure to large enterprise or government clients.
• Strong understanding of tokenization, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, blockchain, and regulatory landscape.
• Demonstrate executive presence; can immediately establish credibility with executives and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal proficiency; analytical and presentation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, must-have insights content.
• Develop new insights and actionable approaches to client needs and requests.
• Develop in-depth analysis to identify root causes and reframing strategies.
• Demonstrate thought leadership across a team of analysts.
• Provide high value presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings.
• Support BTI and Sales with voice of the market to drive engagement.
