The role requires extensive banking experience, analytic and negotiation skills, and a track record of developing new business. The base pay ranges from $108,750 to $180,000 with benefits and a competitive compensation package.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business/Finance/Economics or equivalent field.
• 12+ years in a Business Banking Relationship Manager role or related business lending experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
