Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Senior Director Analyst to lead research on AI services markets within the Emerging Market Dynamics Practice. You will build market sizing models, forecast demand, and translate insights into strategic guidance for Gartner clients at the C-suite level.

You will deliver thought leadership, write authoritative reports, and present findings at conferences and client briefings, all while mentoring junior staff and collaborating across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
• Experience of market sizing and forecasting.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead research on AI services markets to provide guidance to Gartner clients.
• Develop market sizing/forecasting models for enterprise AI services.
• Deliver actionable insights to executives through presentations and client interactions.
• Create compelling content and thought leadership for Gartner.
• Mentor junior team members and support cross-team collaboration.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
