Una destacada empresa del sector tecnológico busca un Digital Marketing Manager para liderar las estrategias en TikTok. Este rol incluye la gestión de cuentas oficiales y la creación de contenido atractivo, así como el seguimiento de tendencias emergentes. Se requiere una sólida experiencia en marketing digital y habilidades analíticas.

Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en marketing digital, preferiblemente en tecnología.
• Mínimo 1 año gestionando operaciones en TikTok.
• Fluidez en español y dominio del inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de operación en TikTok.
• Diseñar e implementar planes de marketing para productos.
• Analizar tendencias y métricas en TikTok.

Descripción del empleo

• Develop and execute TikTok platform operation strategies; oversee daily operations on TikTok, including management of official accounts and the development and maintenance of relationships with KOLs / KOCs.
• Design and implement marketing plans for products and brand campaigns on TikTok, taking full responsibility for communication outcomes on the platform.
• Regularly track emerging trends and new features on TikTok, analyze outstanding case studies from other brands, and produce research reports. Maintain a close and collaborative relationship with the TikTok platform team on behalf of OPPO.

Job Requirements :

• Experience Requirements :
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing operations on TikTok, with solid knowledge of TikTok best practices, algorithms, and features.
• Skill Requirements :
• Strong creative thinking and content planning abilities, with a proven track record of creating content that resonates with TikTok audiences.
• Excellent data analysis skills; ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Fluent in Spanish, and proficient in English as a working language.
• Personal Attributes :
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation; capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Good team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments to drive the company’s social media strategy.
