- Develop and execute TikTok platform operation strategies; oversee daily operations on TikTok, including management of official accounts and the development and maintenance of relationships with KOLs / KOCs.
- Design and implement marketing plans for products and brand campaigns on TikTok, taking full responsibility for communication outcomes on the platform.
- Regularly track emerging trends and new features on TikTok, analyze outstanding case studies from other brands, and produce research reports. Maintain a close and collaborative relationship with the TikTok platform team on behalf of OPPO.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing operations on TikTok, with solid knowledge of TikTok best practices, algorithms, and features.
Skill Requirements :
- Strong creative thinking and content planning abilities, with a proven track record of creating content that resonates with TikTok audiences.
- Excellent data analysis skills; ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Fluent in Spanish, and proficient in English as a working language.
